To help inspire young children to develop a love for reading, Hastings Public Library started the 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program. Once children have met the goal of reading 1000 books, they are recognized when a leaf bearing their name is added to the tree. We designed the display to be engaging, and exciting—in keeping with the reading experience. We love the program, and we love how the final display came together.
